采棉机液压机械无级变速器设计与分析 被引量:10

摘要 根据液压机械无级变速器能够以小功率的液压元件传递大功率转矩的特性,设计了一种新型的采棉机等差式液压机械无级变速器,该液压机械无级变速器起步采用纯液压段,前进作业段为等差两区段。基于变速器的等差连续性,确定了变速器总体传动方案;采用离合器与制动器相配合的方式实现变速器的控制逻辑,对变速器传动系统参数进行了设计,并分析了液压机各区段传动特性。分析表明:该液压机械无级变速方案能够实现采棉机的作业速度连续均匀变化且在采收作业工况有较高的效率。 According to hydro-mechanical continuous variable transmission (HMCVT) can automatically use low power hydraulic components to transfer high torque the change of transmission ratio,A new arithmetic type HMCVT of cotton picker was designed to meet the different working conditions of the cotton picker.The new HMCVT starting with pure hydraulic segment,the forward section adopted two arithmetic proportion sections.Based on the continuity of the arithmetic transmission, the overall drive transmission scheme was determined,using the combination of clutch and brake to realize control logic of HMCVT.The parameters of the transmission have been designed ,the transimission characteristics was analyzed.The analysis showed that the HMCVT solution can not only realize the continuously speed among every phrase, but also can get excellent effwieney in picking operating mode.
