摘要
分析了液压机械无级变速器(HMCVT)的换挡过程,建立了HMCVT等效动力学模型,利用SimulationX对湿式离合器液压控制系统和HMCVT换挡过程进行了建模。对变速器无级变速特性和换挡过程中离合器的油压变化规律进行了仿真研究并与试验结果进行了对比,验证了仿真模型的正确性。依据仿真模型分析了HMCVT在换挡过程中的动态特性,研究了阻力矩对离合器滑磨功的影响规律。该仿真模型可以有效地模拟HMCVT换挡的动态过程,可用于预测传动系的性能,为改善换挡品质提供依据。
The shifting process of the hydro-mechanical CVT is analyzed. The equivalent dynamic model of HMCVT is established. The wet clutch control system and the shifting process of HMCVT are modeled based on the SimulationX. The characteristic of transmission' s speed and the variation of wet clutch oil pressure in shifting process are simulated and the correctness of the simulation model is verified by experimental results. The dynamic characteristics in shifting process of the HMCVT is analyzed based on the simulation model. The effects of the load torque on the friction work are researched. The model can simulate the dynamic performance of the HMCVT effectively. The designer can predict the performance of the transmission system by using this model. It also provides a basis for improving the shift quality.
