摘要
基于施工力学分析,结合陕西省超高层延长石油科研中心大楼项目,根据伸臂桁架延迟不同连接位置提出多种终拧连接方案,均衡伸臂桁架构件内力和伸臂桁架所连接核心筒与外框柱对应点竖向变形二者得出最优解,在伸臂桁架尽早连接的前提下,提出合理终拧方案,并进一步研究伸臂桁架终拧时构件附加极值应力的变化规律,探讨伸臂桁架附加极值应力与连接施工楼层的对应关系,为设计方提供构件富余强度参考,方便结构设计时考虑施工过程产生的不利影响。
Based on the analysis on construction mechanic about the super high-rise building named Yanchang Petroleum Scientific Research Center located in Shaanxi province,several installation schemes are put forward considering the different delay connection of outrigger,the most reasonable installation scheme was provided for the contactor under balancing the optimum values between the stress of outrigger and the vertical deformation of the corresponding points connected the core tube and frame columns,and making a further study on the law of the extreme additional stress,researching on the corresponding relations between the extreme additional stress and connected construction floor,which was to provide the reference for the designer to consider the effect of the construction process conveniently when designing the structure.
