文化刺激下的英国阿尔伯特港改造利用 被引量:3

摘要 传统工业区曾在短时间内极大地促进了城市化的发展进程,但随着社会发展,传统工业遗留下来的工业遗址也成为阻碍城市进一步发展的重要因素之一。英国从20世纪70年代开始对工业遗址进行改造,并在工业遗址改造中取得了丰富的实践性成果。以利物浦阿尔伯特码头工业区遗址改造为例,探讨工业遗产复兴的过程中,如何运用相关政策的保护以及文化的刺激,使老旧的工业区重新焕发活力。在政策制定方面,总结英国政府以及整个社会对于阿尔伯特港地区的保护政策,包括内城政策、MDC的复兴实验、建筑登录制度、公共私营合作制等;同时,阿尔伯特港利用文化作为手段,通过工业建筑本身文化价值的挖掘与当地特色文化的引入,从而对阿尔伯特港进行保护与再利用。 The traditional industrial zone had greatly promoted the development of the city,but with the development of society,the old traditional industrial sites has become one of the factors that hinder the further development of the city. In the last century,the British began to reform the industrial site in 1970 s,and made a lot of practical achievements in the transformation of industrial sites. Taking the transformation project of Liverpool Albert Dock industrial district site as an example,the paper explored that how to use the relevant policies and cultural stimulation to rejuvenate the old industrial zone during the industrial heritage renewal process. From the aspect of policy decisionmaking,the paper summarized policies the protection policy of port Albert area related to the British government and the whole society,including the city policy and the MDC revival experiment,listed Buildings,public-private partnership; at the same time,using cultural stimulation as a means of Albert dock regeneration,conservation and reuse of Albert Dock were conducted based on the cultural value of industrial building and local culture.
