摘要
高校思想政治工作总体上看积极健康向上,呈现出良好发展态势,但也面临着严峻复杂的挑战,在大学生思想政治教育、思想政治辅导员建设、高校领导及教师政治定力、高校意识形态思想严重西化等方面存在不少不可忽视的问题,其根源分析为市场经济的负面影响,一些教育部门和高校的领导缺乏政治站位,领导意识形态能力薄弱,思想"西化"严重,通过推行"洋八股"的做法,用西方标准绑架中国评价体系等。面对高校思想政治工作中存在的一系列问题,我们既要有清醒认识,更要对解决好问题有信心。
The ideological and political work in higher education generally turns outto be favorable and vigorous, exhibiting a satisfying trend, while it is also confronted with harsh and complicated challenges. There exist a considerablenumber of unneglectable problems such as ideological education for undergraduates, team building for ideological and political tutors, political determinationof leaders and teachers in higher education, severe westernization of ideology in higher education. The cause of those problems lies in negative influences ofmarket economy, some leaders in education sector and higher education lacking political stance and correct ideology, westernized ideology, and domesticassessment system kidnapped by western stereotypes, etc. Faced with a series of problems in the aspect, we shall keep somber and confident to solve them.
