摘要
互联网时代,破坏性创新对媒体带来极大的冲击,但媒体在启动破坏性创新时较为被动。文章先分析媒体难以有效启动破坏性创新的原因,然后提出组建独立性较强的自主团队——臭鼬工厂,来加速媒体推出破坏性创新产品,并分析臭鼬工厂的组织结构和运营原则。
In the era of Intemet, disruptive innovation has made a profound impact on media. However, media starts to innovate disruptively in a passive way. The paper first analyses the reasons why it is dit$icult for media to start effective disruptive innovations, and then proposes a highly independent self-motivated team, "Skunk Works", so as to accelerate the media's introduction of new disruptive innovation products. In addition, it outlines the organizational structure and operating principle of Skunk Works.
