摘要
[目的]评价翻转课堂教学法在护理教学中的应用效果。[方法]计算机检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、EBSCO、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据库等数据库,收集有关翻转课堂教学法对比传统教学法在护理教学中应用的随机对照试验(RCT),文献检索时间均从建库截至2016年6月。由两人独立按纳入排除标准选择文献、进行资料提取、评价纳入研究的质量,应用RevMan 5.3软件进行统计分析。[结果]最终纳入8项RCT,7个研究为高质量研究。描述性分析结果显示,与传统教学法相比,翻转课堂教学法有利于护生对理论知识、操作技能的掌握及自主学习能力的提高,护生对该教学方法更为满意。[结论]翻转课堂教学法通过重建课堂结构,促使护生进行主动探索性学习,提高了教学效果。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of Flipped Classroom Teaching Method versus traditional methods in nursing teaching. Methods. Such databases as PubMed, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, EBSCO, Chinese Bio- medical Literature Database, CNKI, WanFang Data et al were electronically searched from inception to June, 2016 to collect randomized controlled trials(RCT) which compard flipped classroom and traditional methods in nursing teaching. Two reviewers independently according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria screened litera- ture,extracted data and assessed the quality of included studies. RevMan 5. 3 software was used for statistical a- nalysis. Results:8 RTCs were included,and 7 studies were high quality. Descriptive analysis showed that compa- ring with traditional teaching method, flipped classroom teaching method was beneficial for nursing students to gain the theoretical knowledge, operation skills and independent learning ability, and nursing students tended to accept it. Conclusions:By changing the classroom structure, flipped classroom teaching method encouraged active exploratory learning to improve the teaching effect for nursing students.
