摘要
分别对车用卤素前照灯(Philips,H7)与LED前照灯(德国KEM公司的LED Headlight 2S)的光生物安全性(包括视网膜蓝光危害、视网膜热危害、眼睛近紫外危害)进行了测试和实验结果的对比分析。所依据的评价标准和测试原理是GB 20145—2006《灯与灯系统的光生物安全性》所作出的有关规定。实验采用光色电综合分析系统和OST-300光辐射安全测试系统,分别测得卤素前照灯与LED前照灯的光谱特性,分析光谱的组成特点以及分别测试卤素灯与LED灯所产生的蓝光危害值、光谱辐射亮度值、光谱辐射照度值。再分别计算出其视网膜热危害值、眼睛的近紫外危害值及他们的曝辐限值。研究结果表明,两者所产生的视网膜热危害及近紫外危害均可忽略不计,LED的蓝光危害值达到1 783 W·m^(-2)·sr^(-1),远远高于卤素车灯,LED的显色指数为72.9,显色性差,远低于卤素车灯。根据测试的结果与前期的相关研究成果,针对LED前照灯面临的显色指数低、蓝光危害高的问题,文章提出了相应的LED车灯的改进措施。
In the article,we tested the photo-biological safety( the blue light hazard to retina,the thermal hazards to retina and the near ultraviolet radiation to eyes) of automotive head lamp including halogen lamp( Philips H7) and LED( LED Headlight 2 S from German company named KEM). At the same time,we analyzed the result of experiments based on GB/T 20145 —2006 The biological safety of light lamp and lamp system. In the experiments, we used the light color electricity comprehensive analysis system and OST-300 the optical radiation safety test system,measured the spectral characteristics of halogen lamp and LED lights respectively. Then, we analyzed the composition of spectral characteristics, afterwards, we measured the blue light hazard to retina,spectral radiance and spectral radiant intensity of illumination from halogen lamp and LED. And then we calculated the value of the thermal hazards to retina and the near ultraviolet radiation to eyes according to the scientific principles. The research results show that both the retina thermal damage andnear ultraviolet harm are negligible. The LED' s blue light hazard reached 1 783 W·m^(-2)·sr^(-1) which is far higher than the halogen lamp. And CRI( color rendering index) of LED headlight is 72. 9 which is is far lower than the halogen headlight. Then,according to the results of the tests and the previous research results,in the view of LED 's problem that low CRI( color rendering index) and high blue light hazard,there have some corresponding improvement measures in this article which use white LED of low color temperature and high color rendering index.
