摘要
崩漏是月经的周期、经期、经量发生严重失常的病证,是妇科常见病。陈莹教授认为血瘀是崩漏的主要病因,治疗上应当以活血化瘀为主,急则治其标,缓则治其本。
Metrorrhagia and metrostaxis is a common disease in gynecology which often appears during the time when menstrual cycle, period and blood volume are abnormal. Professor Chen Ying proposed that blood stasis is the mainly reason. And the main treatment is promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis. It will obtain the best curative effect if relieving the secondary in an urgent case or removing the primary in a chronic case.
