摘要
随着社会不断发展,人类不断进步,我国为发展经济,将领域扩展到各行业当中,海洋石油钻井行业正迅猛发展。石油是全世界较珍贵资源,相关石油的开发在很多国家都占很大比重,在我国也是,不管是在陆地上的石油钻井工作,还是在海洋上的石油钻井工作,都得到我国有关经济领域重视,但在进行海洋钻井工作时,作业风险相当高,投入也十分巨大,因此,海洋石油钻井作业风险管理与安全评价很重要。
With the continuous development of society,human progress,China＇s economic development,the field will be extended to various industries,offshore oil drilling industry is developing rapidly. Oil is the world＇s more precious resources,the development of related oil in many countries accounted for a large proportion of in our country,whether it is in the land of oil drilling work,or in the ocean of oil drilling work,have access to China＇s economic sector Attention,but in the sea drilling work,the operation risk is very high,the investment is also very large,therefore,offshore oil drilling operation risk management and safety evaluation is very important.
