摘要
[目的]了解某医院的医学实习生群体对艾滋病的知识、态度、行为现状,探索适合教学医院医学生艾滋病的健康教育模式。[方法]对广西区内某医院的所有在岗实习生进行问卷调查。调查数据用Epidata 2.0软件录入,用SPSS 22.0软件进行分析。[结果]实习生总体对艾滋病基本防治知识总知晓率为86.97%,54.4%的实习生愿意与同宿舍的艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者照常共处;介意与感染HIV的同学交往的实习生占10.5%,要求与感染HIV的同学减少来往和调宿舍的实习生占33.3%;超过60%的实习生觉得自己的防艾知识并不够用,94.7%的实习生想要获取更多相关艾滋病防治知识;实习生的防艾知识主要来源于互联网(65.8%)、电视(61.4%)、学校发的宣传资料(58.8%)。[结论]医学实习生对防艾知识的总体知晓率较高,获取更多专业知识的需求较大,对HIV/AIDS患者同情支持率高,但对与之交往仍持保守态度。建议应加强学校、医院对实习生的教育,建设和拓宽更专业权威的知识获取渠道,同时加强对实习生与艾滋病患者健康交往的良性引导。
Objective To know current status of HIV/AIDS related knowledge attitude and behavior among medical interns in a hospital of Guan- gxi, and explore proper AIDS prevention teaching mode to students in teaching hospital. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted to all in- terns in a teaching hospital of Guangxi. It used Epidata 2.0 software to input the data, and analyzed data by SPSS 22.0 software. Results The overall awareness rate of HIV/AIDS related knowledge was 86. 97%, 54.4% respondents could accept living with HIV/AIDS patients. 10. 5% respondents minded to keep in touch with HIV/AIDS patients. 33.3% respondents refuse to share room with HIV/AIDS patients. Over 60% of respondents expressed that they needed to seek more knowledge on AIDS. 94.7% of respondents showed they would like to get more knowledge on knowledge. HIV/AIDS related knowledge of interns was mainly from internet （65.8%）, television （61.4%）, college publicity materials （58.8%） . Conclusions Medical interns have higher awareness rate of HIV/AIDS prevention knowledge, they need more demands for more professional knowledge, and have higher sympathy and support for patients with HIV/AIDS, but still keep conservative attitude toward commu- nication with them. It suggests that to strengthen education to interns in colleges and hospitals. Establish and broaden professional and authorita- tive knowledge acquisition channel, and strengthen benign guidance of healthy contact between interns and HIV/AIDS patients.
