摘要
针对当前大体积混凝土骨料拌和前测温方式存在的诸多不足,提出并研发了一套具有高精度、结构简单、实用性强、非接触式测量骨料温度等一系列特点的红外骨料温度测试记录仪设备,实现了混凝土骨料温度快速准确的测量、无线传输、自动入库等功能,保证了数据的实时性、真实性、可靠性,为大体积混凝土骨料温度的测量提供了新的技术手段。
Aiming at the defects of temperature measuring methods for mass concrete aggregate before mixing, a set of infrared thermometer devices for aggregate temperature measuring is developed, which has higher precision, simpler structure, good practicality and non-contact measuring. The devices can realize fast and accurate measurement, wireless transmission and data automatic storage, which ensure the real-time, authenticity and reliability of measuring data. The devices provide a new technical method for the measurement of aggregate temperature of mass concrete.
