摘要
目的探讨优质护理措施对脑肿瘤手术患者生活质量的影响。方法选择2014-01—2016-05在我院行手术治疗住院的脑肿瘤患者,随机抽取82例患者,按照数字表达法分为对照组(常规护理组)41例,观察组(优质护理组)41例。比较2组患者护理前后生活质量评分、术后肺部感染、压疮等并发症及护理满意度。结果护理前2组患者生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组生活质量评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组9例发生肺部感染等并发症,发生率21.95%,观察组发生3例,发生率7.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度95.12%,明显高于对照组的75.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理措施可显著提高脑肿瘤手术患者的生活质量,同时降低其并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the influence of high quality nursing measures on the quality of life in patients with brain tumor surgery. Methods From January 2014 to May 2016,82 cases in our hospital for surgical treatment of inpatients of brain tumor patients were randomly selected and divided into 41 cases （routine nursing group） and observation group of 41 cases （quality care group）. The QOL-C30 quality of life scale in two groups before and aftertreatment were compared, the pulmonary infection occurrence and pressure ulcer complications after operation in the two groups were compared,respectively. Patients were asked to complete the nursing satisfaction questionnaire and the results were compared. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before nursing life quality score （P〉0. 05） ,nursing quality of life in the observation group was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05） ;the control group had 9 cases of pulmonary infection complications,the incidence rate was 21.95% ,the observation group had 3 cases and the incidence rate was 7.31% ,the difference was significant （P〈0.05） ; the satisfaction rate in the observation group was 95.12 %, which is significantly higher than the control group of 75.60% （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion High quality nursing care can improve the quality of life and reduce the incidence rate of complication in pa- tients with brain tumor surgery,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
