摘要
大学生"慢就业"心理的出现与社会、家庭、学校及自身等因素息息相关。因此,国家应加强就业市场建设,高校进一步改进和调整人才培养方案,大学生及家长也应更新就业观念,提升就业能力,才能避免大学生把"慢就业"作为逃避社会竞争的借口,以实现其顺利就业。
In the "Internet + " era, some undergraduates have fallen into the "slow employment" category under the background of employment difficulty. The main reason for slow employment is that they couldnt find a satisfactory job. The psychology of college students who fall into "slow employment" is quite related with society, parents, colleges and undergraduates themselves. Therefore, several countermeasures should be made to help undergraduates to find jobs. For example, the construction of employment market should be strengthened while undergraduate program for specialty should be further improved and adjusted. Both parents and undergrad- uates should update the employment concepts. Besides, undergraduates should enhance their employment abilities.
