摘要
为系统研究企业安全投入结构,基于解释结构模型(ISM)方法的特点,从人员投入、安全设备投入、安全管理投入3个维度找出影响企业安全投入的16个主要因素,初步建立企业安全投入的4级多层阶梯ISM模型;根据建立的ISM模型,采用直觉三角模糊数(TIFNs)评估企业安全投入各影响因素的影响程度大小,分别计算直觉模糊数权重和三角模糊数权重,最后计算各影响因素的组合权重,确定正、负理想点,并引入TOPSIS方法计算各影响因素的相对贴近度。结果表明:企业安全投入的3个维度的重要度从高到低依次为安全管理投入、人员投入、安全设备设施投入,这为合理地确定企业安全投入的结构提供了重要依据,并有效解决了信息的模糊性和不确定性问题。
To develop the systematic study of enterprise safety investment structure, this paper figures out 16 basic elements from 3 dimensions including personnel investment,safety equipment investment, safety management investment on the base of the characteristics of the interpretive structural modeling (ISM) method. The paper preliminarily establishes 4 level multi step interpretive structural model of enterprise safety investment. According to the established ISM model, the paper applies the triangular intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (TIFNs) to evaluating the influence of the factors of safety investment in each enterprise. The study calculates the intuitionistic fuzzy weights and triangular fuzzy weights, calculates the combined weights of all elements,determines the positive and negative ideal points and applies TOPSIS to calculating the relative closeness degrees of each factor. The results show that the importance from high to low of 3 di- mensions of enterprise safety investment is safety management investment,personnel investment, safety e- quipment investment, which provides an important basis for reasonable safety investment structure, and can effectively solve the ambiguity and uncertainty of information.
