摘要 针对目前我国救援抢通装备存在的不足,通过建立救援抢通装备效能评估指标体系,并应用信息熵的未确知测度评估模型,对我国现有救援抢通装备的效能进行了评估。结果表明:目前我国抢通装备效能的总体评估结果为"中等",主要是在轻量化、模块化、智能化等方面存在不足,无法完全实现装备的快速达到、快速部署、快速作业等要求,从而影响了救援抢通的效果;尤其是路基和隧道抢通装备存在较大的问题,主要表现为路基抢通装备一般采用市场常见设备,存在体积及重量偏大、功能单一、灵活性差等问题,而隧道抢通没有专用装备,常用的设备在隧道狭小的空间里存在作业困难、效率低等问题。通过救援抢通装备效能评估可以更清楚地认识到我国现有救援抢通装备存在的不足,可为今后装备的建设和发展提供依据,从而不断提高我国救援抢通的能力。 This paper examines the deficiencies of current rescue repair equipments in China's Mainland. The paper es- tablishes the indicator system for effectiveness evaluation of rescue repair equipment,and adopts the unascertained measure evaluation model,which is based on the information entropy, to evaluate the status quo of the rescue repair equipment in China. The results show that the current rescue repair equipments in China's Mainland are evaluated to be "medium" with deficiencies in lightweight, modularization and intelligence, which cannot complerely meet the re- quirements for fast reaching, rapid deployment and fast operation. This largely reduce the effectiveness of the rescue repair. Among the problems, the most protruding ones are in the repair equipment for the roadbed and the tunnels. The roadbed repair equipments are usually oversized, overweighed, single functional and poorly flexible. And the tunnel repair is seldomly and specially equipped, which may lead to a common problem of operating difficulty and low efficiency in narrow tunnels, with these effectiveness evaluation,a more accurate understanding of the deficien- cies of the rescue repair equipments in China can be obtained,which may provide basis for the development of the rescue repair equipment, thus improve the efficiency of the rescue repair.
