摘要
为评估抛锚器作战效能,提出以技术性、战术性、实用性为一级指标的抛锚器作战效能评估指标体系,运用层次分析法确定指标体系各因素权重,通过设立定性指标和定量指标建立模糊评判矩阵,用加权平均算法实现作战效能的量化评估。运用此方法对抛锚器作战效能进行评估,评估结果具有客观性,为抛锚器改进设计和使用提供理论支撑。
For researching the combat efficiency evaluation of anchor throwers, this paper presents the combat efficiency evaluation system of anchor throwers, which treats technical features, tactical features, and practical features as the first class indexes. The analytic hierarchy process is used to indicate each factor’s weight distribution of the index system. Though setting up qualitative indexes and quantitative indexes, the fuzzy evaluation matrix is determined. And the weighted average algorithm is used to quantitative operational effectiveness. Through this method, the combat efficiency of anchor throwers is evaluated, and it is concluded that the results tally with the actual situation, which provides theoretical support for the application and improvement of anchor throwers.
