摘要
4~#配套体系的聚氨酯面漆应用在海南某发射塔架钢构件的时候附着力很差。在手工作用力下,聚氨酯面漆和氟碳面漆可以被大面积撕开剥落。问题出现后,仍在厂内的钢构件停止涂装,需要进行新配套体系的遴选;已经在发射塔架安装固定的钢构件无法返厂进行涂装施工,需要寻找适合现场条件的涂装工艺。采用划格法和拉开法,研究了不同配套体系的附着力,结果表明,厂内适宜采用1~#配套体系进行底、中、面漆的全部重涂。施工现场在手工处理掉不合格面漆,露出4~#配套体系中间漆后,直接覆涂1~#配套体系面漆的工艺比增加一层1~#配套体系中间漆再涂装1~#配套体系面漆的涂层附着力更大。4~#配套体系的聚氨酯面漆自身质量问题是附着力差的主要原因。
The Sample 4 matching polyurethane finish is applied to the steel structure of a launching tower in Hainan. However, its adhesive force is very weak. Consequently, the poly- urethane finishes and fluorocarbon finishes can be torn and peeled off in large areas under manual force. Thus, the painting process of the steel structures still in the plant has to be stopped, and new matching coatings should be selected. Because the fixed steel structure installed on the launching tower can't be taken back to the factory for painting, so it is necessary to find a coating process suitable for field conditions. The adhesive force of different matching coatings has been studied by means of cross-cut test and pull-off test. The results show that the Samplel matching coatings including primer, intercoat and topcoat are suitable for recoating on steel structure in the factory. The Sample 4 intercoat is exposed after the manual treatment of the unqualified topcoat at the construction site and then is directly coated with the Sample 1 topcoat, which has a higher adhesive force than the two-layer fihn (Sample 1 topcoat and intereoat) reeoated directly on the Brand 4 topcoat. The quality problem of the Sample 4 polyurethane topcoat is the main reason for weak adhesion.
