摘要
为了改善无溶剂环氧涂料的低温施工性及涂膜的耐磨性、柔韧性和耐蚀性,通过对主要组分材料的分析筛选,并采用在涂料A组分中配以复合防锈颜料并加入3%纳米氧化铝、B组分中加入10%二胺扩链剂的方法,制备了一种新型的纳米无溶剂环氧防锈漆;并对涂料低温施工性以及涂膜耐磨性、柔韧性、耐蚀性等性能进行测试评价。结果表明:在无溶剂环氧涂料体系中采用复合防锈颜料并引入纳米氧化铝及二胺扩链剂,涂料低温施工性改善,涂膜耐磨性、柔韧性及耐蚀性提高。
In order to improve the workability at low temperature of solvent-free epoxy paint and the wear resistance, flexibility and corrosion resistance of the coating, the main components of the material were analyzed and selected and a new type of nano solvent-free epoxy anti-rust paint was prepared by adding the composite antirust pigments and 3% nano- Al2O3 in the A component and adding 10% diamine chain- extender in the B component. The workability at low temperature, wear resistance, flexibility, corrosion resistance and other performances were tested. Results showed that adding the composite anti-rust pigments, nano-Al2O3 and diamine chain-extender in solvent-free epoxy coating system, improved the workability at low temperature, wear resistance, flexibility and corrosion resistance.
