摘要 指出系统真空对火电机组运行重要性的同时解释了其形成的原理,在此基础上介绍了当前真空系统泄漏的预防措施和特点,着重介绍了当前现有查漏方法的优缺点,并就氦质谱查漏仪查漏法进行了实例介绍,最后,对火电机组真空系统查漏发展进行了展望。 The importance of vacuum system for the operation of thermal power units has been noted, the formation principle of vacuum system has been explained, based on that, vacuum system leak precautions and features have been introduced, advantages and disadvantages of vacuum system leak inspection methods have been emphasized and Helium Mass Spectrometer Leak Detector has been introduced through an application case, at last, development of vacuum system leak detection has been given further issues.
