摘要
本文提出了一种测定强酸性阳离子交换树脂交换容量的顶空气相色谱法。其原理是在一个密闭的瓶子中将树脂中的氢离子与一定量的碳酸氢钠溶液反应产生二氧化碳气体,然后通过检测产生的二氧化碳信号值,进而计算出强酸性阳离子交换树脂的交换容量。结果表明:上述反应在平衡温度为60℃,平衡时间为20min时可以完成。方法的检测精度为1.10%,与传统方法相比的最大相对偏差为8.56%,因此完全可以用于对强酸性阳离子交换树脂交换容量的检测。本方法不仅具有简单、快速、灵敏度高等优点,还可以利用顶空气相色谱自动化的特点,实现样品的批量化检测。
This paper reports on a headspace gas chromatographic method for rapid determination of exchange ca- pacity of strong acidity cationic exchange resins. The method was based on the reaction between the hydrogen ions on the resin and bicarbonate solution in a closed bottle, from which the carbon dioxide was generated from the reac- tion and then measured by GC. The results showed that the above reaction can be achieved within 20 rain at a tem- perature of 60℃. The method has a good measurement precision （ RSD = 1.10% ） and accuracy （ maximum rela- tive difference = 8.56% comparing with a traditional titration method）. The present method not only is simple, rapid, and high sensitivity, but also can performed an automated measurement for batch sample analysis.
