摘要
目的通过分析某院3年病案复印情况,拟解决病案复印工作中存在的问题,提高病案复印工作效率。方法统计某三甲医院2014年-2016年的复印病案量和出院病案量,汇总每份病案复印原因分类情况,运用描述性统计指标计算方法及线性相关分析方法分析资料。结果复印病案量随着出院病案量的增加而增加,复印率由2014年的6.87%上升到2016年的13.46%。通过线性相关分析,相关系数为0.204,T值为7.41,表明复印病案量逐年增加与出院量呈正相关。从病案复印原因分类情况来看,2016年城乡居民基本医疗保险一项复印量构成比达到91.1%。结论采取完善病案信息化建设、加大医保宣传力度以及提升自身工作效率等措施,积极应对复印病案量逐年增加的变化趋势。
Objectives To analysis the medical record coping status in recent three years of a hospital, thus to find some solutions to solve the problems of the medical record coping work and improve the work efficiency. Methods To count the medical record copy quantity, discharged patients quantity and classification from 2014 to 2016 in a Three A and Tertiary Hospital. Then we made analysis on the materials with the application of descriptive statistic indexes calculation methods and the linear correlation analysis. Results The medical record copy quantity was escalating with discharged patients＇ quantity. The proportion of the medical record copy from 6. 87% in 2014 to 13.46% in 2016. The coefficient of linear correlation was 0. 204, and T value was 7.41. Itshowed that with the inpatient increasing gradually, the medical record copy quantity was escalating. From the point of classifioation, the proportion of to reimburse for medical expenses of the basic hospitalization insurance system of battlement township population was 91.1%. Conclusions To cope with this variation tendency, we should perfect the hospital information management system, enhance the propaganda of medical insurance policy and improve the work efficiency.
