摘要
目的:研究活血抑异方对气滞血瘀型盆腔子宫内膜异位症术后复发率的影响。方法:选取我院2013年2月至2015年2月74例盆腔子宫内膜异位症患者为研究对象,所有患者均行开腹或腹腔镜保守型手术。将纳入患者按随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组37例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组给予自拟活血抑异方治疗,比较两组血液流变学指标、免疫功能、血管生成因子、性激素、复发率、妊娠率、不良反应。结果:观察组1年复发率、2年复发率分别为2.7%、8.1%,显著低于对照组的16.2%、27.0%。观察组治疗3个月后血浆粘度比、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、内皮生长因子(VEGF)、血管生成素-2(Ang-2)分别优于对照组。结论:自拟活血抑异方可以通过改变患者血液流变性,改善机体免疫机能,调节血管生成因子,预防子宫内膜异位症术后复发。
Objective： To study the effect of self-made Huoxueyiyi decoction on the recurrence rate of the pelvic endometriosis after operation.Methods： 74 cases of patients with pelvic endometriosis treated in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were selected as subjects. All patients were treated with open or laparoscopic conservative operation. Patients were randomly divided into TCM group and the control group by random number table method,37 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine while they in the TCM group were treated with self-made Huoxueyiyi decoction. Hemorheological indexes,immune function,angiogenesis factors,sex hormones,the recurrence rate,the pregnancy rate and adverse reaction were compared between two groups. Results： The 1-year and 2-year recurrence rates in the TCM group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ 2. 7% and 8. 1% vs 16. 2% and27. 0%）（ P〈0. 05）. After 3 months of treatment,the plasma viscosity ratio,immunoglobulin A（ IgA）,immunoglobulin G（ IgG）,vascular endothelial growth factor（ VEGF） and angiopoietin-2（ Ang-2） in the TCM group were significantly lower than those in the routine group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Self-made Huoxueyiyi decoction can improve the immune function,regulate angiogenesis factors and prevent the recurrence of endometriosis through changing hemorheology.
