浸润性乳腺癌高频超声表现与分子生物学指标的相关性研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的 :探讨浸润性乳腺癌(IDC)高频超声征象与分子生物学指标的相关性。方法 :对96例(102个肿块)IDC术前行高频超声检查,分析其高频超声声像表现(大小、形态、边界、微钙化、内血流量、腋窝淋巴结转移与否)与分子生物学指标雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、原癌基因(Cerb B-2)、Ki-67表达的相关性。结果:102个肿块大小、形态与ER、PR、CerbB-2、Ki-67均无相关性;边界毛刺征与ER阳性表达相关;肿块内微钙化与CerbB-2、Ki-67阳性表达相关;肿块内部血流量、腋窝淋巴结转移与CerbB-2阳性表达相关。结论 :乳腺癌的高频超声声像表现与其分子生物学指标间存在一定的关联,据此可评估肿瘤的生物学行为和预后,为临床治疗方案制订提供参考。 Objective:To investigate the correlation between high frequency ultrasonographic features and molecular biological indicator in invasive breast cancer. Methods:High frequency ultrasonography were performed in 96 patients of 102 masses,in-cluding tumor size,shape,edge,microcalcification,inner blood flow,axillary lymph node metastasis,with the relationship between high frequency ultrasonography and the expression of estrogen receptor (ER),progesterone receptor (PR),CerbB-2 and Ki-67. Results:Among the 102 cases of breast masses,tumor size,shape,axillary lymph node metastasis were not correlated with the expression of ER,PR,CerbB-2 and Ki-67;speculated margins was positively correlated with the expression of ER;microcalcifica-tion was positively with the expression of CerbB-2 and Ki-67;inner blood flow and axillary lymph node metastasis were related with the positive expression of CerbB-2. Conclusion:There is certain correlation between high frequency ultrasonographic fea-tures and molecular markers such as ER,PR,CerbB-2,and Ki-67. The biologic behavior and prognosis of the breast cancer can be assessed according to high frequency ultrasonographic features,which may help to guide the clinical treatment options.
