摘要
丝绸之路历史地理信息开放平台是国家社科基金重大项目以及国家文化产业支持项目双重支持、重点建设的重大工程,以服务"一带一路"国家基础建设为目标,针对二千年陆上丝绸之路地理信息进行采集、储存、分析、管理。它的设计定位是:开放的,服务于科研、教学与政府咨询的综合性基础历史地理信息平台;设计理念为开放、便捷、易管理、好操作。对历史地理学研究的意义在于:(一)方便学者利用丝路沿线综合的历史地理数据资源。(二)为丝绸之路历史地理长时段、综合性问题研究提供平台。(三)利用平台资源,方便学者开发自己的个性化专题研究内容。
The historical geographic information open-platform for the Silk Road is a key plan whprojects , that is , a national major project of social sciences and a national supportive project of culture industry , which focuses on the collection,the storage,the analysis and the management of 2200 years’ geographic information about the Silk Road and serves the construction of the national infrastructures in the region of the Belt and Road Initiatives. It will be an sive historical geographic information platform providing consultative services to the governments ing institutions. Te core desiin concept is as follows： the platform should be open, convenient, easily applicable and operational. Its significance to historical ge〇 oraphic research is that it is easy for scholars to use the provide a good platform for a long-term and comprehensive study of the Silk Road from the historical promote more scholars to have more specific studies in the target area.
