摘要
目的研究同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与心脑血管疾病相关性。方法将2016年1月—2017年1月该院心脑血管疾病总共80例患者作为研究组,同期健康体检75名作为对照组。检测两组Hcy和血脂指标,并比较。结果对照组Hcy(8.56±0.46)umol/L,TG(1.34±0.54)mmol/L,TC(4.39±0.16)mmol/L,HDL-C(1.04±0.26)mmol/L,LDL-C(1.26±0.17)mmol/L。研究组Hcy(11.51±0.54)umol/L,TG(3.87±0.61)mmol/L,TC(2.58±0.59)mmol/L,HDL-C(3.47±0.23)mmol/L,LDL-C(3.86±0.47)mmol/L。两组比较,研究组Hcy水平高,TG、HDL-C和LDL-C较高,TC较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Hcy与心脑血管疾病之间呈相关性,降低Hcy能明显减少心脑血管疾病发生率。
Objective To research the correlation between the coronary heart disease and cardiovascular disease.Methods 80 cases of patients with cardiovascular disease admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the research group, 75 cases of patients with healthy examination at the same period were selected as the control group, and the Hcy and blood liquid indexes of the two groups were tested and compared.Results In the control group: Hcy(8.56±0.46)umol/L, TG(1.34±0.54)mmol/L, TC(4.39±0.16)mmol/L, HDL-C(1.04±0.26)mmol/L, LDL-C(1.26±0.17)mmol/L, in the research group, Hcy(11.51±0.54)umol/L, TG(3.87±0.61)mmol/L, TC(2.58±0.59)mmol/L, HDL-C(3.47±0.23)mmol/L, LDL-C(3.86±0.47)mmol/L, and in the research group, the Hcy level was high, TG,HDL-C and LDL-C were high, and TC was low, and the differences were obvious with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Hcy has a correlation with the cardiovascular diseases, and reducing Hcy can obviously reduce the incidence rate of cardiovascular diseases.
