摘要
[目的]为得到无毒绿色的药物载体。[方法]以二氧化碳为介质,运用超临界快速膨胀方法,研究了不同温度、压力和萃取时间下,二氧化硅气凝胶对洛伐他汀的负载效果。借助红外光谱、紫外分光光度、差热-热重和扫描电镜等表征手段,对负载药物的二氧化硅气凝胶进行测试。[结果]超临界快速膨胀方法可以在二氧化硅气凝胶载体中负载一定量的药物,负载率约为30%~50%,并且与原药相比,有一定的缓释效果。[结论]二氧化硅气凝胶是一种理想的药物载体。
[Objec t ive ]For the drug delivery of non-toxic green drugs. [Methods ]Take Carbon dioxide as the medium, using supercritical rapid expansion method studied the factors of temperature pressure and extract time to the load effect. Use infrared spectroscopy, UV spectrophotometry, DTA-thermal and scanning electron microscopy to test the silica aerogel laoded drug. [Results]The results show that, supercritical rapid expansion method can carry a certain amount of drugs in silica aerogel carrier, the load rate is about 30% ?50%, and it has some kind of slow release effect compared to the original medicine. [Conclusion]Silica aerogel is an ideal drug carrier.
