摘要
为了获得具有疏水功能的棉织物,采用溶胶法制备了改性硅溶胶整理液,并通过浸轧处理制得疏水棉塔夫绸织物。以Box-Behnken响应面法计算出最优工艺参数,通过傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和力学性能等测试表征织物的结构与性能变化。结果表明,最优工艺参数为:乙醇添加量1 mL、HDTMS质量分数2.25%、草酸浓度0.1 mol/L。在此最优工艺下整理得到的棉塔夫绸织物接触角为138.5°,使用十二烷基磺酸钠皂洗5次后接触角下降至128.5°。织物经纬断裂强力由1 502.11、562.15 N下降至1 357.79、455.16 N,断裂伸长率变化不大,透气性先下降后上升。
In order to obtain cotton fabric with hydrophobic function,modified silica sol finishing solution is prepared by sol-gel method,and hydrophobic cotton fabrics is prepared by dip rolling treatment.The optimum process parameters are calculated by Box-Behnken response surface method,and the structural and mechanical properties of fabrics are characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and mechanical properties.The results show that the optimal process parameters are 1 mL ethanol,2.25%HDTMS and 0.1 mol/L oxalic acid.Under this optimal process,the contact angle of cotton taffeta fabric is 138.5°,which decreases to 128.5°after washing with sodium dodecyl sulfonate for 5 times.The warp and weft breaking strength of the fabric decreases from 1502.11 N to 1357.79 N and 562.15 N to 455.16 N respectively,with little change in elongation at break,and the air permeability decreases first and then rises.
