摘要
鲤鱼(Cyprinus carpio)作为典型的杂食性鱼类,对碳水化合物的利用能力较强,但先天性糖尿病体质成为阻碍鲤鱼更好利用碳水化合物的关键因素。因此如何提高利用碳水化合物的能力是鲤鱼营养研究中的一个重要方向。本文就影响鲤鱼利用碳水化合物的关键因素,碳水化合物在鲤鱼体内的代谢机制及如何提高其利用能力进行综述,以期为优化鲤鱼配合饲料营养配比提供实践及理论依据。
As a representative of omnivorous fish,common carp was considered can utilize carbohydrates better.However,the congenital diabetes health was the key factor to restrict common carp to better utilize the carbohydrate.Therefore,how to improve the carbohydrate utilization ability of common carp becomes the hot spot in the nutrition research of common carp.In this paper,the effect factors on utilization of carbohydrates,carbohydrate metabolism and how to improve the ability of carbohydrate utilization in common carp were reviewed,to provide the practical and theoretical basis for optimize the nutrition-allocated proportion of formula feed of common carp.
