摘要
试验研究了(27.0±1)℃条件下,饲料中添加不同水平的碳水化合物(0、6%、12%、18%、24%和30%)对奥尼罗非鱼仔稚鱼[初始体重(0.069±0.02)g]生长、体成分和消化酶活力的影响。结果表明:增重率随饲料碳水化合物水平的增加呈先上升后下降的变化,在6%时达到最高值,饲料碳水化合物在0~24%时,各组增重率之间差异不显著(P〉0.05),但是显著高于30%组(P〈0.05),特定生长率的变化与增重率相似;全鱼的水分和粗蛋白含量随饲料碳水化合物的升高无显著变化(P〉0.05),而粗脂肪含量显著上升,灰分含量则显著下降(P〈0.05);脂肪酶活力在对照组与处理组之间差异不显著(P〉0.05),胃蛋白酶和淀粉酶活力随饲料碳水化合物的升高而显著上升(P〈0.05),而胰蛋白酶活力则显著下降(P〈0.05)。
A 4-week feeding experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different levels of corn starch on growth, body composition and digestive enzymatic activities in larval and juvenile hybrid tilapia Oreochromis nilotieusxO.aureus [initial weight(0.069±0.02) g] under the conditions of (27.0±1) ℃. Six groups were formulated varying levels of corn starch range from 0-30% at increments of 6%. The results indicated that weight gain showed an increasing and then decreasing trend with the increment of dietary carbohydrate level, which were the highest in 6% group, each group had no significant difference when carbohydrate levels were from 0-24%(P〉0.05), and higher than 30% group(P〈0.05), specific growth rate was also similar trend. No significant differences of moisture and crude protein in whole body were observed among the treatments(P〉0.05), but crude lipid content increased and ash decreased significantly(P〈0.05). The activities of pepsin protease and amylase showed increasing trend. The trypsin protease activities were the highest in 6% group. However, significant difference were not observed among lipase activities (P〉0.05). Results suggested that larval and juvenile hybrid tilapia can utilize 0-24% dietary starch without growth retardation.
