摘要
生物柴油与柴油的物理性质的差异会影响到发动机的喷雾特性,文章采用马尔文法在大气环境中测定柴油和生物柴油的微观喷雾特性。结果表明:生物柴油的索特平均直径和特征直径均比柴油大,雾化油滴的尺寸数目分布曲线和累计体积分布曲线向大尺寸油滴方向偏移,说明生物柴油的雾化质量比柴油差。
The difference of the physical properties between biodiesel and diesel will affect the spray characteristics of the engine. In this paper, the microscopic spray characteristics of diesel and biodiesel are measured by Malvern method in atmospheric environment. The results show that the average diameter and characteristic diameter ofbiodiesel are larger than that of diesel, and the size distribution curve and the cumulative volume distribution curve of the atomized droplets are shitted to the larger droplet direction, indicating that the atomization quality of biodiesel is worse than that of diesel.
