摘要
以脱脂棉为碳源,采用水热合成法来制备了荧光碳量子点。采用透射电镜、X射线衍射、漫反射光谱、红外光谱对样品的表面形貌、粒径大小、表面基团情况进行表征。结果表明:样品是规则的球形单晶结构,粒径为2.7 nm。
We synthesized the carbon quantum dots via a hydrothermal method, using cotton wool as carbon sources. The surface morphology, size distribution and surface bonds were characterized by transmittance electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, diffuse reflectance spectroscopy and infrared spectroscopy. The results indicate that the samples are in sphere shape with a particle size of 2.7 nm.
