摘要
基于对街区尺度相关研究的梳理及对我国街区尺度特点的分析,指出街区尺度过大的弊端,并对小尺度居住街区与居民出行关系进行实证研究。在此基础上,以公交站点的覆盖半径、居民的舒适步行距离、地块适宜的开发尺寸及交通技术要求等为依据,给出低碳出行导向的居住街区的适宜尺寸建议,并归纳了两种布局方式及其适用范围。
Based on an analysis of previous studies of the neigh- borhood scale and the characteristics of the scale of Chinese residential blocks, it identifies the problems of large residential blocks and studies the relationships between small-scaled blocks and travel patterns of residents. On this basis, it suggests on proper scale of residential blocks oriented for low carbon travel according to the covering radius of public transportations, suitable walk distance, appropriate scale of land development and technical requirements of transportation. It also recommends on two models of layout and their application ranges for small-scaled residential blocks.
