摘要
在城市中心区建设中,以居住为主导的多功能复合型商住区再开发模式占有不可忽视的地位,本文以重庆市贝迪世纪城的规划设计为例,探讨了城市中心地段商住区规划设计中所面临的问题,提出建构开放式的商住区结构的规划构想,期对后来的规划设计有所参考。
In the development of the central area of city, the construction of living and multifunction buildings is always an issue. The author takes Chongqing Beidi century garden as an sample, discusses the problems may be met while the planning, and bring forward to the open structure theory about the planning of living and commercial zone in downtown.
