多层螺旋CT对肠道绒毛管状腺瘤的诊断价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT扫描在肠道绒毛管状腺瘤中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析自贡市第一人民医院2012年6月至2016年4月期间20例肠道绒毛管状腺瘤患者的CT征象,采用CT后处理技术,结合肠镜及病理,评价病变数目、部位、形态、大小、密度及与邻近肠管关系。结果 20例患者26个病灶中有6例均为2个病灶;19个病灶位于直肠、20个病灶位于乙状结肠;结节、绒毛及分叶状;15个病灶与邻近肠管宽基底相连,4个病灶带蒂;6个病灶发生癌变。结论绒毛管状腺瘤在CT上具有一定特征性,CT后处理技术能很好的显示病变形态、大小及与邻近肠管的关系,能在术前为临床提供较大的帮助,应作为肠道肿瘤性病变术前常规检查手段。 Objective To assess the value of multislice spiral CT in the diagnosis of intestinal villous tubular adenoma. Methods The CT signs of 20 cases of intestinal villous adenoma, who admitted to the First People's Hospital of Zigong City from June 2012 to April 2016, were retrospectively analyzed. The number, location, shape, size, density of lesions, as well as the relationship between lesions and adjacent bowel were evaluated by CT post-processing technique, combined with colonoscopy and pathology. Results Altogether 26 lesions were detected in 20 patients, of which there were two lesions in 6 cases. Nineteen lesions were located in the rectum, sigmoid colon. Twenty lesions showed characteristics of nodular, villous and lobulated. There were 15 lesions that connected to the adjacent with broad base, of which 4 lesions were pedicled, and canceration were detected in 6 lesions. Conclusion There are certain characteristics of villous tubular adenoma in CT image. CT post-processing technique can show the relationship between the shape and size of the villus and the adjacent intestine. It can provide a great help in clinical practice and should be used as routine preoperative examination of intestinal tumor lesions.
