摘要
青年教师作为一个特殊群体,初入职场,或多或少会遇到各种问题。笔者以自身为例,分别从工程实践经验、授课量和教育学知识三个方面分析了目前高职院校青年教师在教学过程中的不足及遇到的问题。对此,提出了几点建议与意见:学样应为青年教师提供良好的到企业锻炼的机会、减轻青年教师的教学负担、提供校外培训的机会、营造良好的成长环境,同时,青年教师自身也应该树立起不断学习的意识。
As a special group,when young teachers enter the workplace,they will encounter all sorts of problems more or less.With the author as an example,this paper analyzes the deficiencies and problems existing in the teaching process of young teachers in vocational colleges from three aspects,i.e.practical experience of the project,the amount of teaching,and the knowledge of education.In view of these problems,the authors put forward some suggestions and opinions:to provide good training opportunities in enterprise,reduce the young teachers' teaching burden,provide training opportunities,and create a good growth environment for young teachers,at the same time,young teachers also should establish learning consciousness.
