摘要
辅导员是高校的重要组成部分之一,也是大学生成长和学习的引导者,所以其能力和素质很大程度上决定了学校的教育成绩。因此,文章针对辅导员队伍职业化建设中可能存在的不稳定、不合理、不明确等问题,随机选择川内8所高校的200名辅导员作为调查对象,并根据数据统计结果分析得出6项核心问题。最后结合《辅导员职业能力标准(暂行)》提出相应的解决对策。
Counselor is an important part of vocational colleges, but also the leader of students＇ growth and learning, so its ability and quality determine the school＇ s educational performance to a large extent. Therefore, this paper aims at the problems such as instability, irrationality and ambiguity in the professional construction of counselor troop, and selects randomly 200 students from eight colleges and universities in Sichuan as the survey object and finds out 6 key problems according to the statistical results. Finally, combined with ＂Standard of Counselors＇ Professional Competence （temporary）＂, this paper puts forward the corresponding solution.
