摘要
工学结合、校企合作是高职教育内涵发展、提高质量、办出特色、打造品牌的本质要求。目前各高职院校在探索校企合作办学方面做了大量工作,取得了显著成效。各高职院校在开展校企合作工作过程中,教师付出了大量时间和精力。对于教师参与校企合作工作的绩效的考核和认定是关乎教师个人利益和学校长远发展的重要工作。各高职院校在考核实践中积累了许多宝贵经验,也出现了一些问题。文章简要地分析了高职院校校企合作工作绩效考核的难点和问题,并且提出了初步对策。
The combination of work and study and school enterprise cooperation is the essential requirement for the development of higher vocational education connotation, the improvement of quality, the construction of features, and the construction of brands. At present, all vocational colleges have done a great deal of work in exploring school enterorise coooeration, which has made remarkable achievements. In the process of developing school enterprise cooperation work, teachers have paid a lot of time and energy. It is important for teachers＇ personal interests and school long-term development to evaluate and recognize the performance of teacher participation in school enterprise cooperation. All the higher vocational colleges have accumulated a lot of valuable experience in the assessment practice, and some problems have also appeared. This paper briefly analyzes the difficulties and problems in the performance evaluation of school enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward some preliminary countermeasures.
