摘要
我国高职院校的发展进程中,对校企合作十分重视,也开展了多种模式的探索。目前,我国高职院校校企合作已由传统、单一的模式发展为现代、多元的模式,表现为以人力资源合作为基础、资源信息共享为手段、技术服务为推动力、文化交流为纽带等内涵,并主要发展出订单培养、"校中企"、"企中校"、产学研合作、实习基地建设、专业共建等六种模式。基于每种模式的内涵、基本要件和发展方向,应建立对六种校企合作模式的评价指标体系,从而实现对校企合作的科学评价。
In the development process of our country's higher vocational colleges,the school enterprise cooperation was taken very seriously, exploration of various cooperative patterns were carried out. At present, the school enterprise cooperation has been developed from traditional,single model to modern,pluralistic pattern, which is characterized by the cooperation of human resources as the basis ,resource information sharing as the means, technical services for the driving force, cultural exchanges as the bond. The school enterprise cooperation has now mainly developed six kinds of modes ,which are the order training,enterprises in school ,schools in enterprise ,research cooperation ,practice base construction ,professional construction. Based on their respective connotation, basic elements and the direction of development, the evaluation index system of six patterns should be established, so the scientific evaluation of school enterprise cooperation could be achieved.
