摘要
海洋教育是海洋强国战略的软实力。海洋教育是一门教育学科,隶属于社会科学,其特殊性在于它又是一个众多学科交叉的研究领域,横跨自然、社会、人文3大知识部类。明晰海洋教育的内涵及外延,对于逐步建构海洋教育理论体系,促使海洋教育系统可持续发展等具有重要意义。首先,在梳理海洋教育概念的前提下,以系统思维的视角给出了海洋教育内涵,即通过各种教育活动,将海洋"生""和""容"的精神传递给每个人,培养人类高尚的品质。"生"是海洋教育的核心,是其生长的动力,"和"是海洋教育可持续发展的基础,"容"为海洋教育提供信息。其次,依据内涵设计了海洋教育知识外延体系,包括海洋自然科学教育、海洋社会科学教育、海洋人文学科教育。最后,简单论述了其外延的拓展空间,即海洋科学教育与海洋科普教育的关系。
Ocean education is the soft power of marine power strategy. Ocean education is an educational science, which belongs to the social sciences. Its particularity is that it is a large number of interdisciplinary research field across the natural, social and humanistic knowledge category. It is important to make clear the connotation and extension of ocean Education in order to construct the theory system of ocean education gradually. Firstly, under the premise of combing the concept of ocean education, the connotation of ocean education is given in the viewof system thinking. It is that the sea spirit, ＂growing continually＂, ＂Harmony＂, ＂ absorbing ＂ is passed to each person, to cultivate a noble quality through a variety of educational activities. ＂Growing continually＂ is the core of ocean education and the driving force of its growth. ＂Harmony ＂ is the basis for the sustainable development of ocean education. ＂ Absorbing ＂ provides information for the ocean education. Secondly, according to the connotation, the extension knowledge system of ocean education is designed, which includes ocean natural science education,social science education, and the education of the humanities. In the end, it discusses the extension of the space, which is the relationship between the ocean science education and ocean science popularization education.
