摘要
本次项目通过水热合成法制备纳米MgFe_2O_4材料并研究其抗菌性能。利用X射线衍射来表征材料,用平板计数法研究MgFe_2O_4材料的抗菌活性。抗菌实验表明,MgFe_2O_4纳米材料对革兰氏阴性大肠杆菌(E.coli)及革兰氏阳性金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus)表现出优异的抗菌活性,抗菌性能随浓度增加而提高,在光照条件下材料浓度为100 mg/L时,材料的抗菌性能最佳,可达99%。
An antibacterial nano-material was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD). Plate count method was used to investigate the antibacterial activity of the material. The antibacterial experiments show that the products have strong inhibition effect on Gram-negative E.coli and Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus, and the antibacterial property is better with the increase of concentration. Under the illumination condition, when the concentration of the material is 100mg/L, the antibacterial property of the material is best, which can reach 99 %.
