摘要
目的探讨血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗眼底出血的临床疗效。方法采取随机平行对照的研究方法,选取新余市人民医院2014年8月—2016年8月收治的128例眼底出血患者,均为双眼底出血,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,两组各64例,观察组患者采用血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗的方式,对照组患者单用西药治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果在治疗两个疗程后,观察组与对照组患者的治疗总有效率分别为92.19%、73.44%,组间治疗效果对比差异显著,具有统计学意义,P<0.05,两组患者在治疗期间均无不良反应。结论血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗眼底出血临床效果显著,且无不良反应,临床应用和推广价值较高。
Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of eyeground hemorrhage. Methods Using parallel comparison research method,128 cases of eyeground hemorrhage patients in Xinyu People＇s Hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 random were selected and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,and two groups had 64 cases. The observation group adopted Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with Western medicine. The control group used Western medicine treatment. The therapeutic effect of two groups of patients was compared. Results After two courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 92. 19% and 73. 44%,respectively,and the difference between groups was statistically significant P 0. 05. Two groups of patients during treatment had no adverse reactions. Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of eyeground hemorrhage has significantly therapeutic effect and no adverse reactions,and is worth promoting in the clinical practice.
