摘要
高级执业护师是一些发达国家和地区护理队伍中的重要组成部分。通过介绍如何通过高级执业护师岗位设置与住院医师规范化培训相结合,探索高级执业护师对规范化培训的影响与作用,以期为推进高品质的住院医规范化培训提供借鉴。
Nurse practitioners（NP） are the important part of nursing team in developed countries. In order to provide references for the promotion of high quality standardized training of residents, the paper introduces how to combine the NP post setting with resident standardized training, and explores the effects of NP on standardized training of residents.
