摘要
介绍了Autoform软件在汽车引擎盖外板表面质量分析中的应用,并以几个车型为例,从零件设计、冲压工艺设计、模具设计等不同角度考虑汽车引擎盖外板刚性不足的原因,并提出相应的预防措施,为汽车引擎盖外板设计及制造提供参考。
The surface quality analysis of the automobile engine hood outer panel was pre- sented by using Autoform software. Taking some automobile types as an example, the rea- sons of the rigidity shortage for the outer panel were considered in different ways from the parts design, stamping process design and die design, and some prevention measure- merit correspondingly were proposed, which could provide some reference for the design and manufacturing of the automotive
