摘要
植物多酚是一种天然产物,在保健品和药品中具有广泛的应用前景.对植物多酚物质的种类、成分、抗氧化活性、抗纤维化能力进行综述,并重点阐述了其缓解肝纤维化的作用及机制.
Plant polyphenols is a kind of natural product that has a wide range of application in health care products and pharmaceuticals. This paper reviewed the types,components,antioxidant activity and anti-fibrosis of plant polyphenol,and focused on the effect and mechanism of its ease of liver fibrosis.
