摘要
从新鲜成熟商陆浆果中提取色素并用于棉织物的染色,为进一步开发利用商陆色素提供依据。通过控制变量确定提取的最佳工艺条件为:浸提液pH=3.5,50℃条件下按1∶20(g∶mL)料液比浸提45 min。然后采用不同的媒染方法对棉织物进行染色,结果表明,较佳的染色工艺为:同浴媒染,pH=3.5,50℃条件下水浴浸染45 min,浴比1∶30(g∶mL)。与直接染色相比,媒染可提高上染率和色牢度。
Pigment were extracted from fresh and ripe fruits of phytolacca acinosa and used for dyeing of cotton fabric, and also providing the basis in order to develop and utilize red pigment of phytolacca acinosa.Method: the optimum technological conditions of the extraction of pigment could be obtained through the control variables, were as follows: pH 3.5, temperature 50 ℃, solid to liquid ratio 1∶20(g∶mL), time 45 min. In addition, using different mordant dyeing method for cotton fabric dyeing. The result showed that the optimal dyeing technology was the p H of dye liquor 3.5, liquor ratio 1∶30(g∶mL), dyeing time 45 min and dyeing temperature 50 ℃ with one-bath dyeing technology. The mordant dyeing method could improve the dyeing rate and color fastness,compared with the direct dyeing.
