Clinical Study on Xiaoyang Prescription Enema Combined with Mesalazine in Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis with Dampness-Heat Syndrome

摘要目的:观察消疡方灌肠联合美沙拉嗪口服治疗溃疡性结肠炎湿热内蕴证的临床疗效。方法:将92例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机的分为治疗组和对照组,每组46例。治疗组给予消疡方灌肠联合口服美沙拉嗪治疗,方药组成:黄柏30 g,苍术20 g,黄连20 g,三七粉10 g,白及10 g,延胡索20 g,白头翁15 g,苦参15 g,白蒺藜15 g。对照组给予复方黄柏液灌肠联合口服美沙拉嗪治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效、便血程度、大便性状、形态学、组织学评分情况。结果:两组患者临床疗效比较,对照组有效率为73.9%,治疗组有效率为89.1%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者便血程度、大便性状、形态学、组织学评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:本次研究的消疡方灌肠联合美沙拉嗪能有效缓解患者腹泻、腹痛、里急后重和黏液脓血便等临床症状,改善大便性质及便血情况,促进肠道黏膜修复,临床疗效显著。 Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaoyang Prescription enema combined with Mesalazine in treatment of ulcerative Colitis with Dampness-Heat Syndrome. Methods： 92 patients with ulcerative Colitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 46 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated with Xiaoyang Prescription enema combined with Mexalazine orally. The composition of Chinese herbal medicine： 30 g of Cork,20 g of Coptis chinensis,20 g of Pistacia chinensis,10 g of Panax notoginseng powder,10 g of Rhizoma bletillae and 10 g of Corydalis,20 g of Pulsatilla,15 g of Sophora flavescens and 15 g of Tribulus terrestris. The control group was given compound Cork solution enema combined with Mesalazine orally. The clinical curative effect,degree of blood stool,stool character,morphology and histological scores of the two groups were observed. Results： The effective rate in the control group was 73. 9%,which was significantly lower than that（ 89. 1%） in the treatment group（ P〈0. 05）.There were significant differences in degree of blood stool,stool character,morphology and histological scores between the two groups（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Xiaoyang Prescription enema combined with Mesalazine can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms such as diarrhea,abdominal pain,severe urgency and mucus pus and blood,improve the characteristics of stool and decrease blood in thestool,and promote the repairment of intestinal mucosa. The clinical curative effect is remarkable.
