摘要
目的:探讨益气健脾方联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗炎症性肠病(IBD)的临床效果。方法:将2015年5月—2017年5月我院收治的186例IBD患者按随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各93例。两组均给予常规及双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊(0.42 g,tid)治疗,研究组加用益气健脾方(每日1剂,水煎取汁300 mL,分2次口服)治疗,比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后中医症状评分、疾病活动指数(DAI)与炎症因子水平。结果:治疗后两组中医症状评分与DAI均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组血清白细胞介素(IL)-6、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α与C-反应蛋白(CRP)均降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气健脾方联合双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗IBD的疗效显著,可有效降低患者的炎症因子指标,改善症状。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of yiqi jianpi prescriptions combined with Bifidobacterium triple viable capsules in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).Methods:186 patients with IBD admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,93 cases each.The patients in the two groups were treated with conventional and Bifidobacterium triple viable capsules(0.42 g,tid).The patients in the study group were further treated with yiqi jianpi prescriptions(1 dose daily,300 mL of water decoction,taken twice).The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,disease activity index(DAI)and inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The TCM symptom score and DAI after treatment were lower than those before treatment in the two groups,and the TCM symptom score and DAI in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IL-6,TNF-αand C-reactive protein(CRP)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi jianpi prescriptions combined with Bifidobacterium triple viable capsules have a significant therapeutic effect on IBD,which can effectively reduce patients’inflammatory factor indexes and improve symptoms.
