摘要
在当前的社会诚信建设中,传统诚信尤其是儒家的诚信伦理为我们提供了诸多可供借鉴的历史资源。中国传统诚信孕育于自然经济与乡土社会结构,受制于家国同构的政治伦理模式,内化于礼治为本的社会治理模式,涵养于儒家思想为宗的价值文化系统。传统诚信的维系需要政治与道德一体化的相向而行,需要系统化的道德教化,需要主体的自觉修养,更需要制度化的维护。考察传统诚信的运行机制,不仅有助于我们全面地解析传统诚信的特质,而且可以为今天的诚信建设提供历史镜鉴,促进传统诚信文化的创造性转化与创新性发展。
History functions like a mirror, thus in the wave of constructing the credibility of the society, traditional credibility, especially Confucian credibility offers us abundant historical resources. Chinese tradi- tional credibility was conceived in natural economy and local society structure, restricted by the political ethical mode of co-construction of home and country, internalized into the social governance mode on the basis of ritual, and nurtured by the value culture system originated from Confuciaru To maintain traditional credibility needs to go with the integration of politics and morality, the systematized moral education, the conscious self-cultivation of subjects and institutionalized maintenance. Examining the mechanism of main taining traditional credibility can not only affiliate to conduct an overall analysis of the traits of traditional credibility and draw historical lessons for the current credibility construction, but also promote the creative transformation and development of traditional credibility culture.
