摘要
以新型C_6-位苯胺类壳聚糖席夫碱和新型C_2-位苯甲醛-C_6-位苯胺类壳聚糖双席夫碱为原料,研究六种新型壳聚糖席夫碱衍生物对DPPH自由基、超氧阴离子自由基和羟基自由基的清除能力以及还原能力的测定。结果表明,随着浓度的增加,壳聚糖衍生物的抗氧化活性逐渐增强。且三种新型C_6-位苯胺类壳聚糖席夫碱都表现出了良好的抗氧化作用,而另外三种新型C_2-位苯甲醛-C_6-位苯胺类双壳聚糖席夫碱的抗氧化性不如原料,对此结果展开了讨论,这为该类抗氧化化合物的设计合成提供了一定参考。
The antioxidant activity of C6 - anilines Schiff bases derivatives of Chitosan and C2 - benzaldehyde - C6 - anilines double Schiff bases derivatives of Chitosan were studied. Six Schiff bases derivatives of Chitosan were measured the scavenging effect of DP- PH radical, superoxide radical, hydroxyl radical, reducing ability and anti - peroxidation ability. The results indicated that the antioxi- dant activities of the derivatives of Chitosan were increased gradually with the increase of concentration. The three new kinds of C6 - anilines Schiff bases derivatives of chitosan have high antioxidant activity, and the other three new kinds of C2 - benzaldehyde - C6 - anilines double Schiff bases derivatives of chitosan have lower antioxidant activity than chitosan. We discussed the results. This paper provides a reference for the design and synthesis of antioxidant compounds.
